Venue Fee to use their facilities (such as Zilker
Botanical Gardens).
Note: When doing a combined indoor AND
outdoor session, they count as two separate sessions. |

Photography sessions can be almost
anywhere: In studio, outdoors at your favorite location, or at
your home or office. You are welcome to bring a friend
or family member. A typical session will
include anywhere from 30 to several hundred shots, depending on the
length of the session, which will be narrowed down to the best shots for your
review. For outdoor and location sessions, there is
always a small risk that we may have to reschedule due to weather.

The use of a professional makeup
artist can greatly enhance the resulting portrait or headshot.
A makeup artist is worth considering if you need to be looking your very best
for the photographs. I can arrange a makeup artist for your
studio session or on location. I highly recommend this!
Weekend / Holiday Fee
I book all of my photography during the week. Though I am
generally not available on weekends or holidays, I realize sometimes
that is the only opportunity that you may have available to you.
Depending on the specific date, I can sometimes make an exception,
as my schedule and other obligations allow. A higher
session fee applies for a
weekend or holiday session, depending on the date.

Nonrefundable Booking Fee
(Required to Confirm Booking)
A nonrefundable Booking Fee is required in order to book a session.
Your Booking Fee is basically a pre-payment of part or all of your
Session Fee and will be applied toward your payment of your Session Fee.
For non-commercial photography, the amount of the Booking Fee depends on the
estimated length of the
Session. For photo shoots involving travel outside of the Austin area, a
higher Booking Fee is required, and must be paid at least 2 weeks in
advance. ** If there is a separate
Venue Fee,
it will be added to the Booking Fee amount. Also if the
session is scheduled as RUSH session, any added fees are applied to
the Booking Fee.

Cancellation / Rescheduling
VERY IMPORTANT: If you need to cancel or reschedule,
please read our information about Cancellation / Rescheduling
Rescheduling a session should be done more than 24 hours
prior to the session to avoid forfeiting your Booking Fee paid!
Turnaround Time
After your session, the proofs are
usually made available within about a week (sometimes less,
depending on how busy we are). Then you may review the
proofs by either viewing them online, or you may book a time to come
by the studio to view them. If you place your order
within two weeks after viewing the proofs, you may take advantage of
various special discount packages we offer. After that, our
Standard A La Carte Pricing applies.
Once you have made your selection,
and place your order, you will be provided an invoice for the total
amount due. Upon receipt of payment, we will work on
fulfilling your order.
Order fulfillment turnaround time
really depends on various factors. Our number one priority is
to provide high quality images and prints. Typically,
orders are fulfilled within about two weeks. If you order
canvas prints, it may take about three weeks. These
times can vary, just depending on the time of year and how busy we
are, but we really try to not have you wait more than three weeks
for any order! (We know you're anxious to see your
beautiful photographs!)

Payments:

Orders will be completed upon
receiving payment in full.
Session Fees and any other applicable fees pertaining to the
Session are due within fifteen (15) days of the Session. The
Booking Fee is applied to reduce the total cost and then you pay the
balance due. When you place an Order (e.g. for images or
prints), payment for the Session and Order is due prior to
fulfillment of the Order. |
